*15-Year Limited Vinyl Flooring Warranty Disclosure*

Our 15-year limited warranty for vinyl plank flooring material covers manufacturing defects such as inherent color fading and fabrication defects such as bending. This warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from improper maintenance, use of inappropriate cleaning products, aftermarket polishes or waxes, and man-made or natural disasters such as leaks, fire, floods, earthquakes, or standing water. It also excludes damage from spills, stains, scuffs, scratches, abrasive cleaners, steam mops, vacuum beater bars, rolling loads, caster wheelchairs, furniture without proper floor protectors, cuts, heavy point loads, spiked-heel shoes, and pet claws.

Additionally, it does not cover staining from asphalt or rubber mats, changes in color or gloss due to UV exposure, exterior applications, minor shading or texture variations from samples or photographs, and damage from construction traffic.
